How To Make Giant Chocolate Soufflés

We are going to teach you how to make giant chocolate soufflés. These are really quite simple to make which have an incredible texture, of course, they taste it very yummy.

The first thing you need to do is butter your ramekins making sure the bottom and the sides are well coated. This is completely optional but it is good to dust the sides in the bottom with some grated chocolate just making sure to clean around the top and add butter then pop them into the fridge while you get on with the rest of the ingredients.

Now add some melted chocolate with cream and give that a good mix until well combined then pop that to one side to cool. After that take egg whites and mix them until they just start to form soft peaks then add a little bit of sugar at a time of mixing in between until all the sugar is incorporated through and the egg whites form stiff peaks.

Once the chocolate has cooled, add in the egg yolks and mix them through. When it is well mixed, add just a little bit of that into egg whites and gently fold that through and then add the rest of the chocolate and then very gently fold that through until well combined then all you need to do is pour mixture into ramekins almost to the top. Lastly, put them in the oven for 15-17 minutes.

Now like most soufflés do tend to sink just a little bit so make sure you are ready to serve them up with a dusting of icing sugar and straight to the table a really simple yet overlooked dessert. This is warm and chocolatey with an incredibly light and creamy texture. It is really going to be very delicious.
